What is your return policy?

To authorize a return, please send us an email at info@mymagicmobile.com. This does not necessarily mean that we will issue or execute the exchange. This implies that we will accept the part(s) returned for evaluation. If the returned parts do not comply with our return policy or are not in good condition, we will reject them. For each return that does not comply with our current policy, we may charge you a restocking fee or return the item at your own expense.

Insurance and return shipping costs are your responsibility. The responsibility to return the part(s) safely and without damage is your responsibility. If an exchange is approved, the spare part(s) will be sent with your next order.

What is your warranty policy?

Magic Mobile (https://mymagicmobile.com/) is not responsible for damages that may or may not occur during the repair or installation process. Our warranty covers all non-functional or defective parts on our products.

We are not responsible for how a repair service center uses parts purchased from Magic Mobile (https://mymagicmobile.com/). If a part is damaged during the repair or installation process, the warranty offered by Magic Mobile (https://mymagicmobile.com/) on this or these parts is automatically canceled.

How long does the delivery take?

Generally, we process the order within the same day after receipt of the payment.

That said, delivery to your address will be based on your location and thus taking into account the various constraints that may be incurred by the carrier. However, generally we aim to have your shipment delivered within 2-4 business days after order was processed.
